Tetiana Kosten is a founder and director of Atain, with over 15 years of experience leading strategy and investment projects in Europe. Tetiana specialises in investment due diligence and strategy consulting and developed a strong interest in healthcare investments while working at Roland Berger in Munich. In 2020 in Germany, she established Atain and is currently running it from The Hague, Netherlands.

Tetiana’s approach to due diligence incorporates proprietary knowledge and deep expertise of the life science ecosystem, addressing investors’ requirements for both mature and early-stage companies. Her track record is built on a foundation that has been rigorously refined through over 50 due diligence projects of pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, CMOs, CROs, wholesalers, early-stage start-ups, and the healthcare information technology space along with other adjacent industries and sectors.

Tetiana accelerates investments in social impact through long-standing partnerships with the Global Impact Investing Network. She has trusted relationships with industry leaders and pledges to advance gender equality and promote women’s entrepreneurship.

Tetiana holds an MSc in Biotechnology from Shevchenko University in Kyiv and a PhD from the Max Delbrück Center and Free University in Berlin. She speaks Ukrainian, English, and German.
